Please submit your application with all required information as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please call Ana Scott 910-545-5119 or email at email@example.com. A backup list will be maintained should there be a need to replace a vendor.

If any one of the mentioned items or combination of the above mentioned items are not followed, your deposit will be lost, and you will possibly lose the right for return for the following year.

We have electricity available so we require that you stay open until the Fireworks begin, at around dusk or approximately 9 p.m. Sunday’s hours are from noon until 5 p.m. Vehicles will NOT be allowed on the premises to break down early, violators will not be welcomed back and will lose their deposit.
Security: We will have paid Sherriff’s Deputies on the premises from 6 p.m. Friday until 6 p.m. Sunday, but that does not release you from liability nor does it hold us liable for theft, fire or destruction.

All vehicles MUST be off the grounds by 9 am Saturday morning. There is no electricity, water or sewer hook ups for vehicles.
